You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. When you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Rate: For retail customers, we offer free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders of $35 or more and a flat rate of $4.95 on orders below $35. Wholesale orders over $200 receive free shipping within the contiguous U.S otherwise it's a flat $7.95. Please email us to place a wholesale order at email@example.com.
Transit time: Orders are shipped the next business day via USPS Priority Mail.
