Make the perfect cup of pure matcha

  • Sift 1 tsp of matcha into a cup
  • Add hot water (not too hot) whisk with a frother or mix with a spoon
  • Enjoy

Make the perfect matcha latte

  • Sift 1- ½ tsp matcha into a small amount (2 oz) of hot water and mix until incorporated
  • Add hot non-dairy* milk (almond, soy, rice, coconut) mix well
  • Enjoy!
    • *Dairy Milk has an enzyme Casein, that bonds with the powerful antioxidants (catechins) in tea inhibiting all of the awesome benefits matcha has. Luckily there are so many delicious non-dairy alternatives out there for you to try!

Make the perfect matcha smoothie/ Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite frozen fruit (berries/mango works well)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut, almond or soy milk
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add 1- 2 tsp of matcha + give it one more blend 
  • You can also add matcha to any smoothie you love to give it an extra boost of antioxidants!
